Exchanges


Our online exchange policy lasts 7 days for non sale items. If 7 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Sale items can only be exchanged with other sale items within 7 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Howeverwe have a strict no returns or refunds policy unless there is an error on our part.

If there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at littletotsofficial@gmail.com or contact us on our WhatsApp number +961 71 761 328. We will work with you to resolve any issues and offer an exchange for the item(s) in question.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


No exchanges for:
- Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
